Terms and Conditions:
Promotion Period: The giveaway promotion ("Promotion") begins on May 12, 2025, and ends on June 2, 2025 ("Promotion Period").
Eligibility: The Promotion is open to residents of Australia only. Employees of ArchiPro, Designer Appliances and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry: One (1) entry per person. To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the entry form available on the designated giveaway page. The form requires providing your first name, last name, and email address and completing all form questions.
Prize: One (1) Designer Appliances gift card, valued at $4,000 ("Prize"). The Prize will be provided by Designer Appliances electronically via email to email provided on entry. Terms of use for the gift card can be found here.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place within 5 days after the Promotion Period ends.
Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, a new winner may be selected.
Privacy: Participants' personal information provided for the Promotion will be used in accordance with ArchiPro and Designer Appliances Privacy Policies. By entering the Promotion, participants consent to receive marketing communications from ArchiPro and Designer Appliances. Participants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
General Conditions: ArchiPro and Designer Appliances reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time. The decisions of ArchiPro and Designer Appliances regarding any aspect of the Promotion are final and binding.
