Terms and Conditions:
Promotion Period: The giveaway promotion ("Promotion") begins on November 21, 2024, and ends on December 5, 2024 ("Promotion Period").
Eligibility: The Promotion is open to residents of Australia only. Employees of ArchiPro, EcoSmart, Mad Design and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry: One (1) entry per person. To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the entry form available on the designated giveaway page. The form requires providing your first name, last name, and email address and completing all form questions.
Prize: One (1) EcoSmart™ Vertigo 50 Freestanding Ethanol Fire Table, valued at $3,895 OR One (1) EcoSmart™ Vertigo 40 Freestanding Ethanol Fire Table, valued at $3,495 ("Prize") will be awarded depending on stock availability for the item. The Prize will be provided by Mad Design/EcoSmart. Delivery is covered up to $500. For delivery quotes larger than this, additional shipping costs will be quoted and charged to the allocated winner.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place within 5 days after the Promotion Period ends.
Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, a new winner may be selected.
Privacy: Participants' personal information provided for the Promotion will be used in accordance with ArchiPro and EcoSmart's Privacy Policies. By entering the Promotion, participants consent to receive marketing communications from ArchiPro and EcoSmart. Participants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
General Conditions: ArchiPro and EcoSmart reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time. The decisions of ArchiPro and EcoSmart regarding any aspect of the Promotion are final and binding.
