Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion Period: The giveaway promotion ("Promotion") begins on July 31, 2024, and ends on August 14, 2024 ("Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to residents of Australia only. Employees of ArchiPro, Space Furniture, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry: One (1) entry per person. To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the entry form available on the designated giveaway page. The form requires providing your first name, last name, and email address and completing all form questions.

4. Prize: One (1) Foscarini Twiggy Floor Light with built-in Smart Bluetooth System in the black colourway, valued at $4,345 ("Prize") will be awarded. The Prize will be provided by Space Furniture. Delivery is complimentary if located in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane metro areas up to 25km from CBD. For deliveries greater than 25km from CBD, shipping costs will be quoted and charged to the allocated winner.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place within 5 days after the Promotion Period ends.

6. Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, a new winner may be selected.

7. Privacy: Participants' personal information provided for the Promotion will be used in accordance with ArchiPro and Space Furniture's Privacy Policies. By entering the Promotion, participants consent to receive marketing communications from ArchiPro and Space Furniture. Participants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

8. General Conditions: ArchiPro and Space Furniture reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time. The decisions of ArchiPro and Space Furniture regarding any aspect of the Promotion are final and binding.
